Le projet Stacomi se compose d’une base de données Postgres, une interface java pour la saisie et une interface R pour les traitements et le calcul de la migration au niveau des stations de contrôle des migrations.
Le projet, a été initié par l’IAV et repris par l’ONEMA. L’objectif est de développer un logiciel libre pour le suivi des stations de contrôle. La structure de la base de données, et un fichier d’aide décrivent le fonctionnement de l’application.

The Migratory control project is made of a Postgres database, a java interface for data input and a R-gtk++ interface for data treatments and calculation of migrating fluxes.This project, has been initiated by IAV, and taken over by the ONEMA (national institute for water environment). The objective is to develop an open-source software dedicated to the control of fishes migrations. This site contains a technical description of the database structure and the use of the softwares.
